I have a rich history in the Commercial Real Estate industry dating back to 2007, consistently achieving multi-million dollar production levels. My career reached a significant milestone in 2020 when I earned the esteemed CCIM Designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), which has since elevated my expertise and propelled my commitment to continuous learning. I am currently serving as President of Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR/CFCREA)
Originally hailing from Michigan, I relocated to Florida in 1990. My professional journey has primarily revolved around customer service, a field where I've honed a deep understanding of ethical customer satisfaction. During my time in South Florida, I witnessed firsthand the explosive growth of both the Commercial and Residential real estate markets. This experience inspired my move to the Daytona area in 2000, driven by a vision of Volusia County's promising future.
In pursuit of this vision, I successfully established and operated Caribbean Jack's Restaurant & Marina, a thriving venture. Before this endeavor, I held ownership and operational roles in multiple Wendy's and Little Caesar's restaurants. Throughout my career, my unwavering commitment has always been to ensure that the needs of my customers are met comprehensively.
Leveraging my profound knowledge of the Restaurant Industry, I specialize in various facets of Commercial Real Estate, including Commercial Buildings, Office Spaces, Industrial Properties, Vacant Land, and Business Opportunities.
